Software Dependencies

The following pieces of software are required in order to build Crux releases:

• Python
• gcc (gfortran is required if ATLAS and LAPACK are missing)
• GNU make

The following pieces of software are optional:

• mpi4py and an MPI implementation such as Open MPI or MPICH2
• ATLAS
• LAPACK

The following pieces of software are used for Crux development:

• autoconf
• Cython
• Flex
